Newborn Screening
Chromsystems' CE-IVD validated and ready-to-use assays for LC-MS/MS allow for the reliable determination of amino acids and acylcarnitines from dried blood spot samples. They are used in newborn screening programs across the world for amino acid and fatty acid metabolic disorders. Assays with and without derivatization and upgrades for succinylacetone are available.
Amino Acid Analysis (AAA)
MassChrom® Amino Acid Analysis (AAA) is a flexible assay for the quantification of a full range of 48 amino acids in plasma / serum / urine within 20 minutes or 8 minutes for PKU and MSUD testing only. The assay can be employed for the determination of metabolic diseases.
Steroids
MassChrom® Steroids is a complete CE-IVD assay for steroid profiling in serum/plasma by LC-MS/MS. It includes 15 clinically most important parameters. Alternatively, Chromsystems also offer a kit for cortisol testing in saliva. In addition, calibrators and controls are also available separately.
Drugs of Abuse
This CE-IVD validated solution includes everything- eliminating the need for developing and maintaining several in-house methods or of preparing QC materials for a multitude of analyte compounds.
