It features a modular architecture designed for maximum flexibility and scalability. A single leader unit can control up to three additional reaction stations, enabling up to four independent experiments to run in parallel under different conditions.
Each unit operates independently while remaining fully integrated within the system, supporting efficient reaction screening, process development, and optimization.

Adaptive Temperature Control with Integrated Heating and Cooling
Temperature is one of the most critical parameters in chemical synthesis, influencing reaction performance, selectivity, and reproducibility. ChemSynt 301 combines integrated Peltier cooling and electrical heating to provide precise temperature control from -30 °C to +150 °C, extendable to -40 °C with an external chiller.
Programmable temperature profiles and continuous monitoring of both Reaction Temperature (Tr) and Jacket Temperature (Tj) ensure accurate reaction management and reliable data collection throughout the experiment.

Combined Mixing for Scalable Chemistry

Dynamic pH Monitoring and Control
pH is a critical parameter in chemical synthesis, affecting reaction pathways, selectivity, and final product quality. ChemSynt 301 continuously monitors pH and allows users to define target setpoints for different reaction stages.
When paired with the optional DU50 Dosing Unit, the system automatically adds acids or bases to maintain the desired pH, ensuring consistent and reproducible reaction conditions.
